I was recently assigned to pick up the deposits of our big clients, it was an exhausting task, but overall it was fun especially when you get to meet the people behind the biggest companies in the country. I have met the owners; CEO’s and even the company president because they too have transactions with our bank. Anyway what I basically do is to consolidate the cash as well as check deposits of our clients to be deposited in the bank after. Sometimes I also get the chance to pick up gold bullion or similar items to be placed in the bank safe deposit boxes. The only problem I have with pick up clients deposit is time because I need to balance my time to finish the transactions in a less than 30 minutes. I also need to be alert most of the time to stay away to avoid being watched by lawless elements. Well at least my task is done for the season since we will be on job rotation I will now be assigned in the new accounts section. It’s a relief indeed.
