There are times that I don’t want to send a hard copy of the document I created simply because it is risky to ship this hard copy. So instead of sending the original document I would rather use a document imaging software so that I could just compress the file and send it in entirely original to my boss. Actually we never do this in the office before, but since there was an incident where a document was lost in its transit to the main office, the owner of the company decided to use the latest technology in document imaging so that we don’t have to risk another document.
