The barcode scanner in the office seems a bit faulty because it does not recognize some of the items in the office. So we are planning to get a new one from the vendor where we purchase or previous barcode scanner. The faulty scanner was purchased two years ago and as our company policy we should change the device if it reaches two years. So it is timely that the device is broken and we will it once and for all. We are calling the company who provided us with the previous device because they have the brand we prefer, although there are cheaper brands which are made in China, but still we wanted to get the best product because we don’t want to compromise our operation.
