I was in the gym a today and my trainer would want me to try zumba dances because according to him it has a lot of health benefits coupled with weight lifting. At first I only enrolled in the gym in order for me to lose weight, but it turned out that I am going to build muscles as well as increases my flexibility. Right now I am about to do zumba in order to increase my stamina. Hope my trainer is right with the exercises my body needs.
