I have a plan in getting a farm in Montana because the bank has an acquired asset and I am interested in buying it. Although the area is a semi arid, but the soil is very fertile according to what I have read so I just needed to buy some engine driven pumps to irrigate the farm area. The highly recommended crop to be planted in the farm is corn or wheat and these crops need lesser water than other crops. I hope I can get the bid as early as possible while I still have the capital.
