The printer in the office is not functioning well because whenever we print some documents it would skip on some letter making the document unreadable. We then call out the vendor of our printer which was purchased a year ago and they then told us that the printer is already phased out in the market. They then advised us that we should instead buy hp printer because we are guaranteed that there are available hp ink cartridges. There is also a constant support of hp products even if the device is no longer produced. Anyway I hope we can change the printer as early as possible because we still have a lot of documents to print.
